GDPR information notice

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR:

2. Purpose: replying to your message, or handling the consultation slot you booked.
3. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (conducting correspondence and protecting the website against abuse as our legitimate interest).
4. Recipients: our server and email providers, and — for bookings — Google Ireland Limited and — once the booking is confirmed — the members of our team who take part in the consultation.
5. Retention: 24 months for messages, 24 months from the appointment date for confirmed bookings, 12 months from the appointment date for cancelled bookings, up to two days for unconfirmed bookings and for IP address hashes in attempt counters, 12 months for security event log entries; copies of notifications in mailboxes are deleted on request.
6. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and a complaint to the supervisory authority.
7. Voluntary: providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply or confirm an appointment.
8. No profiling: we do not make decisions about you by solely automated means.
