  • Invoice triage system

    Collects invoices from designated sources, extracts their content into uniform files, names them according to agreed rules and drops them into a chosen folder on the server.

    What we built
    One clear queue holding only the complicated rows. Safe, idempotent writes. The owner is notified only when the system needs a human decision.
    Outcome
    No more retyping PDFs by hand at 7:40 in the morning.

  • A Google Sheets integration that lets shop customers check the estimated shipping date

    A data bus instead of three spreadsheets drifting apart in real time.

    What we built
    A safe data bus and a central synchronisation point built on a distributed architecture.
    Outcome
    Monday is for financial reports, not detective work.

  • FedEx carrier alert monitoring system

    The system monitors export shipments and automatically sends the required documents and missing information as soon as an alert is raised.

    What we built
    Drawing on years of experience in courier hubs (Alsendo), we integrated carrier error codes with the client system.
    Outcome

  • KSeF integration for WooCommerce

    Generates a compliant, complete invoice directly in KSeF 2.0 from a WooCommerce order number with one click, in online or offline mode.

  • Hermes – online consecutive interpreter

    The app makes communication easier for two people who speak different languages. It recognises one of 50 languages and translates what is said into the other person's language. It uses a GPU to produce a high-quality translation, voiced by an interpreter's voice, within 2–5 seconds.

    From a given topic, the app creates SEO-friendly article headlines, writes the articles, makes it easy to pick a stock photo, generates tags and keywords, and then puts the article in a calendar for automatic publication on a WordPress blog.
